G7 Experts Succeeded to Become a Pioneer in the Turkish Ink Industry
Toyo Printing Inks, a subsidiary of Japan-based Toyo Ink Group, has raised its own technical team, which can apply the G7 methodology, in addition to its Fogra specialists. Color Management R&D Manager M. Hakan Ulus and Team Leader Mujde Ozdemir have been completed all the requirements of the G7 methodology and have been given the specialty certificate. At the same time, Toyo Printing Inks has managed to become the first industrial company in the Turkish ink industry to have specialists that can apply the G7 methodology in all printing works, especially in packaging printing houses.
Toyo Printing Inks, which have always attached importance to R&D and quality studies and developed its technologies based on such studies since the day it was founded, have trained experts who can apply the G7 methodology in addition to its Fogra experts. Supporting Fogra certification processes in addition to many years of R&D and production of inks under the international regulations for the printing and packaging industry, Toyo Printing Inks aims to support the quality improvement processes of printing houses from the design to the end of printing, together with G7 specialists.
Aiming to act together with its business partners and create sustainable business processes, Toyo Printing Inks will continue to break new ground in the industry with the product groups it defines as the “Total Packaging Solution” and many technical services it offers.
Toyo Printing Inks Color Management R&D Team Leader & Fogra and G7 Specialist Mujde Ozdemir said, “As G7 & Fogra specialists, we continue our efforts to find solutions to the printing processes, technical support, and consultancy according to the needs of our business partners. We take control of the whole system of the printing house, starting with the graphics department, ensure that printing can be made at sustainable and repeatable quality standards, and we manage the certification process. I believe that we will bring a different perspective to printing and packaging printing houses by adding our knowledge of the G7 methodology to the knowledge and experience we have gained in the Fogra certification process. I also believe that the G7 is a solution for companies seeking sustainable quality in the printing industry and it will reshape the perception of quality. We will be able to improve quality with the G7 across all of the flexo, rotogravure, offset, and digital industries we serve.”
Toyo Printing Inks Color Management R&D Manager & G7 Specialist M.Hakan Ulus said, “We know the structure of ink and its effects on printing, and by combining this with our experience in prepress, we meet the expectations of our business partners and offer permanent solutions to their problems. At the same time, as the Color Management R&D Department, we have a experienced team in printing standardization such as G7 and Fogra. Thanks to the knowledge and experience we have gained, we continue to be a solution partner to our business partners with the G7 methodology and other printing standardization practices in all their processes from prepress to the end of printing. The greatest advantage of the G7 methodology over other standardization methods is that it gives the closest visual result to what the eye sees. For this reason, it will be a preferred choice for companies seeking quality improvement. We are also happy to be the first in Turkey in the ink industry”.
